目的观察CIK细胞回输治疗恶性肿瘤的临床效果和护理。方法选取我院在2013年1月到2015年7月收治的50例恶性肿瘤患者做研究对象,对所有患者采用CIK细胞回输治疗,对患者治疗前后的流体变化和生活质量变化情况进行观察和了解,分析有效的护理干预措施。结果本研究50例患者当中,治疗后患者的恶性实体肿瘤患者的总临床缓解率为36.00%(18/50),患者的KPS评分增加了20分以上患者27例,患者的VAS疼痛评分减少5分以上的28例,在治疗过程中7例患者出现了发热反应,2例患者出现皮疹伴有瘙痒情况。本研究所有患者均顺利完成了治疗。结论临床上对于恶性肿瘤患者,采用CIK细胞回输方法进行治疗,同时为患者配合有针对性的护理干预措施,又有效提升患者的治疗效果,改善患者的临床症状,提升患者的预后,值得推广使用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect and nursing of CIK cell transfusion in the treatment of malignant tumor. Methods Fifty patients with malignant tumors admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to July 2015 were enrolled in this study. All patients were treated with CIK cell infusion, and the change of fluid and quality of life before and after treatment were observed. Understand and analyze effective nursing interventions. Conclusion Clinician patients with malignant tumors, the use of CIK cell infusion method for treatment, while patients with targeted nursing interventions, but also effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients to improve the patient’s clinical symptoms and improve the prognosis of patients, it is worth promoting use.
