食具的消毒和存放,在食品卫生方面占着重要的地位,是关系到食物中毒的发生及传染病的传播和流行的大问题。为了摸清本县食具的消毒情况及卫生管理工作,而对全县饮食行业进行抽样检查分析,为今后的管理工作提供科学依据。
