当前劳动监察工作面临许多困难,主要表现在以下几个方面:一、劳动监察机构成立时间短,人员少。劳动监察作为劳动法监督检查体系中的主要形式,其专属性和强制性决定其在劳动法律体系中的重要位置。面对日益增多的劳资纠纷及日益凸现的违法现象,成立刚几年的劳动监察队伍担负着巨大的压力。依法行政、严格执法面临着许多具体困难。如人员少、业务素质跟不上工作需要、交通及通讯工具缺乏等。二、部分经济形式劳动管理滞后,用人单位法律意识淡薄。当前,劳动行政部门对私营、个体、乡镇、外资等经济形式管理上存在着许多漏洞和空白。由于管理不到位,有些用人单位法
