本文利用平面镜棱镜系统的共轭关系的误差传递矩阵,导出了适用子计算转镜工作在平行光路中和会聚光路中扫描误差的一般性公式。这组通用计算公式的特点是比较简便,而且适于编制计算机程序。
In this paper, we use the error transfer matrix of the conjugate relation of the plane mirror prism system to deduce the general formula of the sub-calculation rotary mirror operating in the parallel light path and the scanning error in the converging light path. This set of common formula is characterized by relatively simple, but also suitable for the preparation of computer programs.
