8例病程超过20年的男性肺心病患者,经 LHRH 兴奋后,血清 SOD-1与 LH 值升高,至2小时仍保持为基础值的1.8倍,但正常对照组经 LHRH 兴奋后,血清 SOD-1也明显升高.提示 LHRH 能提高正常人和肺心病患者抗氧自由基的能力.
Eight patients with pulmonary heart disease over 20 years of age, LHRH excited by serum SOD-1 and LH increased to 2 hours remained at 1.8 times the basal value, but the normal control group excited by LHRH, serum SOD -1 also significantly increased, suggesting that LHRH can improve the ability of antioxidant free radicals in normal subjects and patients with cor pulmonale.
