HYDL85炉底用捣打料的主要晶相为方镁石,基质胶结相为低熔点过渡型的C2F(C4AF)相。在实际应用中C2F具有活化晶格加速烧结的作用,且C2F氧化铁皮及CaO分解分别溶入方镁石形成RO相及反应生成高熔点C2S相,有较强的抗蚀性。
The main crystal phase of the HYDL85 bottom ramming material is periclase, and the matrix cement phase is a C2F (C4AF) phase with a transition point of low melting point. In practical applications, C2F has the effect of activating the crystal lattice to accelerate the sintering, and C2F oxide scale and CaO decomposition dissolve into periclase respectively to form RO phase and react to form C2S phase with high melting point, which has strong corrosion resistance.
