大量的临床资料提示阿司匹林(ASA)的抗拴作用只限于男性,作者探讨了 ASA 对血小板行为的抑制作用有性别差异的可能原因。方法分别选择健康男性25名,女性29名,以及36例前列腺癌老年男性(其中15例行睾丸切除术,6例接受雌激素治疗)。在研究前2周均无服 ASA 或血管扩张剂,降压药和避孕药。取全血标本抗凝,加入 ASA 孵化后,将含睾丸酮的酒精溶液分别加入已行睾丸切除术的11例男病人及11名未绝经的健康妇女全血标本中。另将含雌二醇的酒精溶液分别加入11例
A large number of clinical data suggest that the anti-tethering effect of aspirin (ASA) is limited to men. The authors investigated the possible causes of gender differences in the inhibitory effect of ASA on platelet behavior. Methods Twenty - five healthy males and 29 females were enrolled in this study. Thirty - six male patients with prostate cancer were enrolled in this study (15 of them underwent orchiectomy and 6 received estrogen therapy). No ASA or vasodilators, antihypertensive drugs, and contraceptives were administered 2 weeks prior to the study.
