目的了解镇江市电焊作业的主要职业病危害对工人健康的影响,掌握镇江市电焊行业职业病危害情况,为制定防治策略提供科学依据。方法对2003—2008年镇江市有电焊行业的企业监测资料及1914人次(共923人)电焊作业人员健康监护资料进行分析。结果作业场所中共有17.4%的电焊烟尘样品浓度超过国家职业接触限值,其中电焊烟尘最高浓度达51.9mg/m3。健康监护资料显示,心电图异常698人次,占心电图检查总人次的39.0%;胸片异常378人次,占摄片总人次的21.5%,发现疑似电焊工尘肺病人74人次,占摄片总人次的4.2%,摄片时已确诊的电焊工尘肺病人共计36人次,占摄片总人次的2.1%,新诊断出电焊工尘肺50例,检出率为5.8%。结论该市电焊作业危害严重,已直接损害着工人的身体健康,应及时采取切实有效的综合防治措施。
Objective To understand the impact of major occupational hazards on the health of workers in the welding operation in Zhenjiang and to grasp the occupational hazards in the welding industry in Zhenjiang and provide a scientific basis for the formulation of prevention and control strategies. Methods The data of enterprise monitoring in the welding industry in Zhenjiang City during 2003-2008 and the health guardianship data of 1914 visitors (923 persons in total) were analyzed. As a result, a total of 17.4% of welding soot samples in the workplace exceeded the national occupational exposure limits, of which the highest concentration of welding fumes reached 51.9 mg / m3. Health monitoring data show that 698 abnormal electrocardiogram, accounting for 39.0% of the total electrocardiogram examination; abnormal chest radiography 378 people, accounting for 21.5% of the total number of radiographs, found 74 suspected welder pneumoconiosis patients, accounting for the total film 4.2 %, 36 cases of welder pneumoconiosis diagnosed at the time of radiography, accounting for 2.1% of the total number of radiographs, and newly diagnosed 50 cases of welder pneumoconiosis with a detection rate of 5.8%. Conclusion The city’s welding operation is seriously endangered and has directly impaired the health of workers. Effective and comprehensive prevention and control measures should be adopted in a timely manner.
