目的了解南充市高坪区国家扩大免疫接种率现状与儿童信息化管理平台应用效果,为制订免疫接种质量控制策略提供依据。方法 2012-04,利用各乡镇逢场日随机在赶场人群中查找0~6岁儿童,面对面向监护人了解儿童的出生日期和接种信息,再到接种单位核对电子卡片记录,判断建卡率与接种率。结果全区共调查32个乡镇和社区0~6岁儿童3 584人,总建卡率为95.79%,接种信息计算机录入率为100%;原免疫规划基础免疫接种率卡介苗100%,乙肝疫苗首针及时率为96.90%、3针全程接种率为99.10%,脊灰疫苗99.60%,百白破疫苗99.60%,麻疹98.70%,5苗全程免疫覆盖率为99.38%;加强免疫18月龄百白破疫苗接种率91.10%,4岁组脊疫苗88.80%,6岁组白破疫苗92.90%;扩大免疫规划疫苗接种率1岁组麻腮风疫苗88.80%,甲肝疫苗95.10%,流脑A群95.10%,2岁组乙脑疫苗89.20%,3岁流脑A+C疫苗90.20%,6岁组流脑A+C疫苗92.90%。结论高坪区扩大免疫规划后0~6岁儿童全程免疫接种率仍保持在85%以上水平,儿童信息化管理应用效果良好。
Objective To understand the status quo of national expanded immunization coverage and the application effect of children’s information management platform in Gaoping District of Nanchong City and provide the basis for formulating the quality control strategy of immunization. Methods 2012-04, the use of the townships on a random day in the crowd of locomotives looking for 0 to 6-year-old children face the guardian of children’s birth date and vaccination information, and then to vaccination unit check the electronic card records to determine the card rate and vaccination rate. Results A total of 3 584 children aged 0-6 years from 32 townships and communities were enrolled in the study. The total construction carding rate was 95.79% and the computerization rate of inoculation information was 100%. The basic immunization coverage of the original immunization program was 100% of BCG vaccine, Needle timely rate was 96.90%. The 3-needle full vaccination rate was 99.10%, polio vaccine 99.60%, diphtheria-baicalein vaccine 99.60% and measles 98.70%. The whole immunization coverage of 5-seedlings was 99.38% The vaccination rate of broken vaccine was 91.10%, 88.80% of 4-year-old group vaccine and 92.90% of white-breed vaccine of 6-year-old group. The vaccination rate of expanded immunization program was 88.80% for vaccine of 1 year old group, 95.10% of hepatitis A vaccine and 95.10% %, 89.20% of 2-year-old Japanese encephalitis vaccine, 90.20% of 3-year-old meningitis A + C vaccine and 92.90% of 6-year-old meningitis A + C vaccine. Conclusion The whole immunization rate of children aged 0 ~ 6 years after the expansion of immunization program in Gaoping District remains above 85%, and the application of information management in children is good.
