目的:探讨人工流产引起子宫穿孔的高危因素及预防措施。方法:对3例发生人工流产子宫穿孔的病例进行临床分析。结果:人工流产发生子宫穿孔是由1种或多种因素造成的。结论:人工流产术导致子宫穿孔的发生率仍然较高,经过对发生子宫穿孔病例的讨论和分析,找出原因,为今后降低其发生率提供参考。 Objective: To explore the high risk factors of uterine perforation induced by induced abortion and the preventive measures. Methods: Three cases of induced abortion of uterus were analyzed clinically. Results: Uterine perforation of induced abortion is caused by one or more factors. Conclusion: The incidence of uterine perforation caused by induced abortion is still high. After discussing and analyzing the cases of uterine perforation, we can find out the reasons and provide a reference for reducing its incidence in the future.
