本文提出了一个描述运转决策的动力学模型,并在自组织状态基础上得到了乘客变化和管理机构的相互影响的依赖关系,从而展示了公共客运事业发展的前景。
In this paper, a dynamic model describing operational decision-making is proposed. Based on the self-organization status, a dependency relationship between passenger changes and regulatory agencies is presented, which shows the prospect of public passenger transport business.
