The sovereign debt crisis has been Europe's most serious financial crisis. Over the past two years, it has had a drastic impact on the E.U.' seconomic, social and political development, and has brought profound changes. Many scholars, at home and abroad, have focused their attention on the crisis itself and its impacts on the global economy and European integration. This paper analyzes the impact of the sovereign debt crisis on E.U. foreign policy and what changes have ensued.
