一、前言非晶合金具有一系列优异的物理化学、磁学、力学特性。获得非晶合金的方法很多,有急冷法、阴极溅射法、气相沉积、离子注入以及化学和电化学等方法。由于大多数方法只能获得较薄的非晶材料而且价格昂贵,这就限制了它们的应用范围,而化学和电化学方法则有可能获得较厚而价廉的非晶复盖层。因此,对化学、电化学沉积非晶材料的研究具有一定的实际意义。
First, the foreword Amorphous alloy has a series of excellent physicochemical, magnetic, mechanical properties. There are many ways to obtain amorphous alloys, such as quenching, sputtering, vapor deposition, ion implantation and chemical and electrochemical methods. Since most methods can only obtain thinner amorphous materials and are expensive, this limits their range of applications, while chemical and electrochemical methods make it possible to obtain thicker, less expensive, amorphous coatings. Therefore, the chemical and electrochemical deposition of amorphous materials has some practical significance.
