铬作为将动物皮转变为革的重要鞣剂材料之一,在胶原纤维中的存在和分布情况对成品革的质量、性能等方面有着极大的影响。本文利用铬酸根易于与铅离子形成难溶盐沉淀的反应特性,提出了一种新的电境组织化学方法。在特定的pH值和温度下,用含有H_2O_2,Pb~(+2)的孵育介质处理铬鞣革的超薄切片:将皮革纤维中的三价铬Cr~(+3)先氧化为CrO_4~=,随之由铅离子捕获。从而实现铬离子在胶原纤维中的定位。透射电子显微镜的观察及电子探针x-射线微区分析结果证明该方法是十分有效的。
