天变道也变,适者方生存。为寻求突破,实现逆势增长,岁末年初国际领军企业纷纷发布了新战略。虽然战略调整内容不尽相同,执行方式各有特点,但他们调整的方向却是一致的,即顺应世界化工增长重心转移和应对全球环境、能源、人口挑战的大趋势。他们发布的新战略、进行的新动作也代表了行业调整的大方向,即地区布局侧重新兴市场,产品布局侧重特种化学品等新产品。调整这支咏叹调“新”字是当仁不让的主旋律。
