石墨形态及分布对灰铸铁性能会产生重要的影响。本文采用自制区域熔炼装置实现灰铸铁中石墨的定向生长,系统研究了不同冷却介质、冷却方式以及加热时间等对灰铸铁中石墨生长及铸铁性能的影响。结果表明,在冷却介质为液氮、加热电流为617 A、冷却方式为边重熔边液氮冷却、加热时间为35~40 s的试验条件下,HT250中的石墨定向生长效果最优,并且硬度为铸态的两倍。
Graphite morphology and distribution of gray cast iron will have a significant impact on performance. In this paper, self-made regional smelting device was used to achieve the directional growth of graphite in gray cast iron. The effects of different cooling media, cooling methods and heating time on the graphite growth and cast iron performance in gray cast iron were systematically investigated. The results show that the HT250 has the best performance of directional growth of graphite under the conditions of cooling liquid is liquid nitrogen, the heating current is 617 A, the cooling mode is liquid nitrogen cooling while edge remelting, the heating time is 35-40 s, and Hardness as twice as cast.
