进入二十一世纪以来我国高中生的心理健康问题不尽如人意,如何针对高中生的心理健康进行合理有效的干预成了目前国内教育界的热点和难点问题。本文主要探讨了以各种体育运动为运动处方对于高中生心理健康的影响。
Since entering the twenty-first century, the mental health of high school students in our country has been unsatisfactory. How to intervene reasonably and effectively for the mental health of high school students has become a hot and difficult issue for the current domestic education community. This article mainly discusses the effect of using various sports as prescriptions on the mental health of high school students.
