课程是教育目的实现的基本载体,是组织教育教学活动的主要依据。教学目的在原有的基础上,强调了培养学生解决实际问题的能力、创新意识和实践能力。体现了“人人学有用的数学,人人掌握必要的数学,不同的人学不同的数学”的思想。使用新教材,加强对学生的数学素质的培养,不仅是师生普遍的心声,更是时代发展对人的素质提出的基本要求,但是,有的老师对基础教育课程改革的一个顾虑就是“考试制度不改,新课程改革难行”。如果我们分析一下云南省2003年高中(中专)招生统一考试数学试卷中的部分试题,就可以窥一斑而见全豹,见一叶落而知天下秋。真实的看到考试改革的动态,是与全日制义务教育《数学课程标准》的理念、目标及内容密切相关的。此次课改实质与教育评价标准方向一致,一定能获得理想的效果。

The reality of seeing test reform is closely related to the concept, goal and content of the ”Mathematics Curriculum Standards" for full-time compulsory education. The curriculum reform is in line with the direction of education evaluation standards, and it will certainly achieve the desired results.
