为探究盐度对拟目乌贼(Sepia lycidas)幼体生长和体生化成分的影响,采用突变和渐变两种实验方法研究了不同盐度(18、21、24、27、30、33)对其存活率、特定生长率、增重率、饵料系数与体生化成分的影响。结果表明:不同盐度对其存活率、特定生长率、增重率、饵料系数、体水分含量和粗蛋白质含量有显著的影响(P<0.05),其粗脂肪和灰分影响不显著(P>0.05)。存活率、特定生长率、增重率和粗蛋白质含量随着盐度升高先增后减,饵料系数先减后增,水分含量随着盐度升高而增加的趋势。其生长适宜的盐度是21~33,最适盐度为27~30。
In order to explore the effects of salinity on the growth and body biochemical composition of juveniles of Sepia lycidas, the effects of different salinities (18, 21, 24, 27, 30, 33) on the survival of Sepia lycidas Rate, specific growth rate, weight gain rate, feed conversion coefficient and body biochemical composition. The results showed that different salinities had significant effects on the survival rate, specific growth rate, weight gain rate, feed conversion coefficient, body water content and crude protein content (P <0.05), but had no significant effect on crude fat and ash content (P> 0.05). The survival rate, specific growth rate, weight gain rate and crude protein content increased first and then decreased with the increase of salinity, the food coefficient decreased first and then increased, and the moisture content increased with salinity increasing. Its suitable growth salinity is 21 ~ 33, the optimum salinity is 27 ~ 30.
