要解决好武汉市农村教师队伍存在的问题,课题组认为应从以下十个方面进行改革:1.大力推进教育立法工作;2.大力加强教育法规监督检查;3.进一步完善和创新农村中小学教师工资保障机制;4.制定适合农村教育特点的教师编制标准和编制管理机制;5.要建立和完善农村教师补充保障机制;6.进一步完善城乡教师双向交流共享资源的长效机制;7.建立农村教师的新陈代谢机制;8.建立完善农村教师社会保障制度,改善农村教师住房条件;9.加强对农村教师培养培训工作的支持;10.加强对农村教师专业发展的智力支持。
To solve the problem of rural teachers in Wuhan City, the research group believes that the reform should be carried out from the following ten aspects: 1. To vigorously promote education and legislation work; 2. To strengthen supervision and inspection of education laws and regulations; 3. To further improve and innovate rural primary and secondary school teachers 4. To formulate standards and compiling management system for teachers in accordance with the characteristics of rural education; 5. To establish and improve the rural teachers’ supplementary guarantee mechanism; 6. To further improve the long-term mechanism for urban and rural teachers to exchange and share resources bi-directionally; Rural metabolism mechanism of teachers; 8. Establish and improve the rural teachers social security system to improve rural teachers housing conditions; 9 to strengthen the training of rural teachers to support the work; 10 to strengthen the intellectual development of rural teachers in the professional support.
