目的分析和探讨河南省高职高专护生对职业防护的认知,提高护生的职业防护能力,减少职业伤害。方法自行设计调查问卷,通过问卷调查289名高职高专护生职业防护的认知和需求,内容包括临床常见的职业防护知识和职业伤害的应急处理、常规自身防护行为等。结果 15.23%的护生很熟练说出职业防护知,13.5%的护生对职业防护知识不够熟悉;35.8%的护生能够正确执行职业防护行为,4.86%的护生不能够正确执行职业防护行为。结论在实习前制定规范的教育体系,增加院校合作,加强实习护生职业防护教育非常重要。
Objective To analyze and probe into the cognition of occupational protection among nursing students in higher vocational colleges in Henan Province, to improve occupational protection ability of nursing students and to reduce occupational injuries. Methods The questionnaire was designed by ourselves. The questionnaire was used to investigate the cognition and needs of occupational protection in 289 vocational college nursing students. The contents include the common occupational protection knowledge and occupational injury emergency treatment and routine self-protection behaviors. Results 15.23% of nursing students were familiar with occupational protection, 13.5% of nursing students were not familiar with occupational protection knowledge, 35.8% of nursing students were able to perform occupational protection correctly, and 4.86% of nursing students were unable to carry out occupational protection correctly . Conclusion It is very important to develop a standardized education system, increase the cooperation between colleges and universities and strengthen the occupational protection and education of interns.
