钻井柴油机是目前地质钻探专用的动力装置之一,它是往复运动利用热能工作的动力机械,其工作环境恶劣且结构相对复杂,这就要求操作人员在使用钻井柴油机中要熟练掌握柴油机的构造,了解其较常见发生的故障并能够及时排除。基于此,本文阐述了钻井柴油机常见的故障及原因分析,并指出一些故障的预防措施,为钻井柴油机的操作者提供一定的参考价值。
