我们用醋纤薄膜电泳法在北京友谊医院献血员中发现一种快速异常血红蛋白(Hb),其电泳位置相当于Hb J组,经化学结构分析证明为α-链第16位赖氨酸被门冬酰胺取代,是迄今文献中未见报道的一种新型异常血红蛋白,兹根据其发现地点,命名为血红蛋白北京,(Hb Beijing),用α_(16)(β_(14))Lys→Asn表示。
