A cinder brick factory in Shanghai uses a 1500-liter forced mixer to mix concrete and produce it in three shifts. Each time it is stirred for 50 seconds, 30CrMnSi steel liners can be used for more than three months. Stir cinder, lime and phosphogypsum mixture with steam, the temperature of the material reaches 70-95°C, the effective calcium oxide content of the mixture is 6-10%, there is alkalinity, and the water content of the mixture is 17-20%.
