目的全面掌握甘肃省肃南县免疫规划工作进展情况,及时发现存在的问题,为今后提高免疫规划工作质量提供依据。方法将肃南县8个乡(镇)合并为3个乡(镇)进行接种率调查,采取入户调查的方法,现场查看卡痕、接种证,再与接种点登记表进行核对。结果全县调查儿童126人,有预防接种证15人,占11.94%,无预防接种证8人,占6.35%,卡、证不符20人,占15.87%;卡痕调查111名儿童,卡痕均为阳性,阳性率100.00%;基础免疫和加强免疫各单疫苗接种率均达98.00%以上,比1996年实现以乡(镇)为单位的85.00%提高了13.00%;扩大免疫疫苗接种率88.70%~98.40%。结论肃南县要加强国家扩大免疫规划的宣传工作,强化人员培训,提升督导自查质量,提高扩大免疫接种率,巩固免疫规划成果。
Objective To comprehensively grasp the progress of immunization planning in Sunan County of Gansu Province and find out the existing problems in time so as to provide the basis for improving the quality of immunization planning in the future. Methods 8 villages (towns) in Sunan County were merged into 3 townships (towns) for inoculation rate survey. Household surveys were conducted to check the card marks and vaccination certificates on site, and then check with the vaccination site registration form. Results A total of 126 children were investigated in the county. There were 15 immunization vaccines, accounting for 11.94%, 8 vaccines without vaccinations, accounting for 6.35%, and 20 cards accounting for 15.87% The positive rate was 100.00%. The vaccination rates of basic vaccination and booster vaccination were over 98.00%, up 13.00% from 85.00% in rural (town) units in 1996. The vaccination rate was expanded to 88.70 % ~ 98.40%. Conclusion Sunan County should step up propaganda work of expanding immunization programs in the country, strengthen personnel training, enhance the quality of supervision and self-examination, increase the immunization coverage and consolidate the results of immunization programs.
