世界甜品之都在中国,中国又以广东为最,广东则奉“双皮奶”为甜品中的极品。它由蛋清和白糖等混合炖制而成,状如膏,色洁白,质感细腻嫩滑,口味甜香清淡,润肺养颜,堪称绝妙。甜品“双皮奶”在广东享誉百年,而在内地鲜有人品尝知晓……2006年3月,一位花甲老人走到台前,细述其中原委,并将其历练了半个世纪的双皮奶绝技呈现在了世人面前。
