Nefiracetam属于γ-氨酪酸的环状衍生物,它的化学名为N-(2,6-二甲苯基)·2-(2-氧代-1-吡咯烷基)-乙酰胺。动物试验结果证明本品有抗遗忘和抗低氧作用,能够提高认知能力。临床前研究结果表明本品在体内吸收良好,能迅速而广泛地分布到各个组织,80%以上药物在24小时内经尿排泄。本文报道本品在健康人体内的药动学。受试者为42例男性日本人,年龄26~56岁,参试前均通过常规体检,前2周内未接受过任何药物,试验期内不得饮酒。试验将受试者随机分为8组,其中1组在禁食过夜后口服本品100mg,其它7组在进常规早餐后的30分钟内分别口服不同剂量的本品,
Nefiracetam belongs to the cyclic derivative of γ-aminobutyric acid and its chemical name is N- (2,6-dimethylphenyl) 2- (2-oxo-1-pyrrolidinyl) -acetamide. Animal test results show that the product has anti-forgetting and anti-hypoxia, can improve cognitive ability. Preclinical studies show that this product is well absorbed in the body and can be quickly and widely distributed to various tissues, and over 80% of the drugs are excreted through the urine within 24 hours. This article reports the pharmacokinetics of this product in healthy humans.
