本文针对大港油田长芦地区油井动液面低,造成油井因泵效低而减产甚至停产的问题,根据小泵深抽的工艺原理,研制出一套小泵深抽工艺及配套工具。通过对小泵深抽工艺系统进行优化设计,使泵挂由平均的2200m加深至2900m,单井年平均增产68.4t,平均泵效提高十个百分点,小泵深抽工艺应用效果显著。
In view of the low liquid level of oil well in Changlu area of Dagang Oilfield, which causes the oil well to cut down or stop production due to low pump efficiency, a set of deep-pumping technology and accessory tools for small pump was developed according to the principle of deep pumping of small pump. Through the optimization design of the deep pumping system of small pump, the pump hanging is deepened from an average of 2200m to 2900m. The annual average yield of single well is increased by 68.4t and the average pump efficiency is increased by 10%. The application effect of deep pumping of small pump is remarkable.
