随着电信运营商转型的推进,IT支撑部门在电信企业所承担的责任和发挥的作用越来越重,在IT部门帮助企业实现战略目标和市场目标,发挥企业核心竞争力的过程中,人才成为最为重要的资源。我们发现,在不断扩大的客户规模和复杂多变的业务需求面前,IT人才依然紧缺,培养和留住关键人才,争取企业决策层的有效支持等,都是摆在IT主管面前的课题。此次,本刊专门采访了电信运营商集团公司以及省分公司的部门领导,以及骨干人员,请他们谈一谈IT人才管理和IT人员职业发展方面的想法、做法和他们在这方面的困惑。
