目的 探讨山羊小肠的淋巴流向。方法 肠浆膜下以不同速度注射中华墨汁 ,并进行局部按摩 (对照组不按摩 ) ,对墨汁的引流进行活体观察。结果 以慢速注射时 ,墨汁先在浆膜下沿毛细淋巴管向周围扩散 ,约 1min后 ,部分进入肠系膜缘的浆膜下淋巴管 ,由此开始沿肠系膜内淋巴管快速引流 ,30s内即引流到局部淋巴结。快速或慢速注射并对注射局部进行按摩时 ,15s内可完成上述过程。墨汁进入局部淋巴结后 ,首先在淋巴结被膜下弥散 ,约 5～10min后墨汁出现于淋巴结输出管 ,再很快进入肠系膜前淋巴干由此进入肠淋巴干。结论 山羊小肠的淋巴流向属于集中型。
Objective To investigate the lymphatic flow in goat small intestine. Methods Chinese ink was injected into the intestinal submucosa at different rates and subjected to local massage (the control group did not massage), and the ink drainage was observed in vivo. Results Slow injection, the ink first in the serosal lymphatic capillary spread to the surrounding, about 1min, some into the subserosal mesenteric lymphatic vessels, which began along the mesenteric rapid lymphatic drainage within 30s that is Drainage to the local lymph nodes. Fast or slow injection and injection of local massage, 15s can be completed within the process. Ink into the local lymph nodes, the first in the lymph nodes under the capsule diffuse, about 5 ~ 10min after the ink appears in the lymph node output tube, and then quickly into the mesenteric lymph node into the intestinal lymph node. Conclusion Goat intestinal lymphatic flow is concentrated.
