本文首先阐述了GB/T28181-2011的形成基础,以及在现阶段的技术意义,同时分析了GB/T28181还需要补充和完善的地方。前言2012年6月1日,新国标GB/T28181-2011正式实施了,这个名为《安全防范视频监控联网系统信息传输、交换、控制技术要求》的国标被寄予了厚望,为国内热火朝天的安全防范、视频监控系统建设提供方向和规范。然而,半年过去了,大量的工程实践、理论研究却发现,这个国标还有不少局限性,如果不尽快解决,会在建设过程中带来不少的困扰,并造成新的标准混乱。
This article first describes the formation of GB / T28181-2011, as well as the technical significance of the present stage, while analyzing the GB / T28181 also need to add and improve the place. Preface On June 1, 2012, the new national standard GB / T28181-2011 was formally put into effect. However, after six months have passed, a great deal of engineering practice and theoretical research have found that there are still many limitations in this national standard. If it is not resolved as soon as possible, it will bring a lot of troubles in the process of construction and create new standards of confusion.
