First, we briefly introduce the structure of “parameterized observer.” It also proves the exponential convergence of its parameter estimation and state estimation. Then, it is proved that the observer has BIBS and BIBO stability for the estimation error of the state and the output when the input signal is sufficiently rich and the output noise is sufficiently small. At the same time, it also points out the significance of this conclusion in the frequency domain.
