软交换的概念最早起源于美国企业网应用。在企业网络环境下,用户可采用基于以太网的电话,再通过一套基于 PC 服务器的呼叫控制软件(Call Manager、CallServer),实现 PBX 功能(IP PBX)。
The concept of softswitch originated in the United States enterprise network applications. In the corporate network environment, users can use the Ethernet-based phone, and then through a PC-based server-based call control software (Call Manager, CallServer), PBX function (IP PBX).
