移动学习受信息技术发展阶段、同学校教育的相容性、与学科特点匹配度等因素的限制,在我国发展近20年,取得了很多突破性的成果,却并未形成非常大规模的影响力,近年来,受益于科学技术的大踏步发展和国民受教育水平以及受教育需求的不断提高,移动学习呈现出重新发展的趋势,其便携性、情境性、互动性等特点尤其适合应用于重欣赏、重熏陶的学校艺术教育,能够有效缓解我国学校非专业艺术教育目前面临的课时不足、师资短缺、资源匮乏的困境。为加快我国学校艺术教育发展的步伐,在艺术教育领域充分发挥移动学习的优势,本文研究构建了学校艺术教育移动学习平台,为学生提供“随时随地”接受艺术教育的条件,从技术层面为学校艺术教育的进一步发展开拓新的领域。

In order to speed up the pace of development of art education in our country and give full play to the advantages of mobile learning in the field of art education, this paper studies the construction of mobile learning platform for art education in schools and provides students with “anytime, anywhere” conditions of artistic education. From a technical perspective Open up new fields for the further development of school art education.
