市场经济条件下,我国的信息服务竞争如火如荼。针对图书馆的营销策略相对缺乏,发展方向不够明晰,发展重点不够突出,缺少主动性等问题,本人认为蓝海战略这一营销战略可以有效的改变图书馆的现状,提高图书馆的社会地位,并在此基础上,详细介绍了蓝海战略在图书馆中实施的具体规划,对于图书馆增强自身的核心竞争力,达到可持续性发展有很大的借鉴作用。
