当前交通拥堵问题越来越严重,归根到底是土地开发利用与交通路网不能协调匹配,土地的开发决定了用地模式,确定了人口数量和结构,最终确定了人口的出行布局,叠加到现实的交通路网上,交通路网的承载能力不一定与用地布局相匹配,通常规划的时候只是单向考虑,容易造成此种现象,单向考虑就是先进行土地开发利用的规划,然后路网出行问题再改扩建。本文从土地开发利用与交通路网的双向规划进行考虑,增加了交通路网的协调性均衡配置,通过交通的承载力,反推路网均衡条件下的交通分布情况,评价什么样的土地开发模式与路网相协调。
