培养实用型动漫人才是我国动漫教育教学的当务之急。作为动漫教学主阵地的高职院校应更新观念,科学设置动漫人才培养选拔机制,让学生了解、熟悉国际动漫风格,学会模仿和借鉴,在创作内容上体现民族特色。校企合作是培养动漫人才的有益模式。高职动漫教育应建立和加强与企业的双向合作,政府也应建立扶持机制,鼓励业界的佼佼者到高校任教、资助学生到业界实践,形成高校与动漫企业良性循环的联动态势。
Training practical cartoon talents is our top priority for animation education and teaching. Vocational colleges, as the main front for animation and animation teaching, should update their concepts and scientifically set up selection and training mechanisms for animation talents so that students can understand and familiarize with international animation and comics styles, learn to imitate and learn from them, and embody national characteristics in their creative contents. School-enterprise cooperation is a useful mode to train animation talent. Higher vocational animation education should establish and strengthen two-way cooperation with enterprises, the government should also establish support mechanisms to encourage industry leaders to teach in colleges and universities to subsidize students to practice in the industry, forming a virtuous circle of colleges and animation enterprises linkage trend.
