介绍一种新的表面合金化技术-加弧辉光离子渗金属技术以及其基本原理和实验装置。列举了碳钢试样加弧辉光离子渗钛处理,并对其渗层显微组织、合金成分及相组成进行了分析讨论;采用数学处理方法计算了钛在γ-Fe中的扩散系数,讨论了扩散系数与合金元素浓度的关系。
A new surface alloying technology - arc glow iontophoresis metal technology and its basic principle and experimental device are introduced. The carbon steel samples with arc glow plasma treatment were enumerated. The microstructure, alloy composition and phase composition of the coating were analyzed and discussed. The diffusion coefficient of titanium in γ-Fe was calculated by mathematical method. The relationship between diffusion coefficient and alloy element concentration is discussed.
