目的 :观察核苷酸类似物泛昔洛韦体内抗鸭乙型肝炎病毒 (DHBV)的作用。方法 :采用重庆麻鸭乙型肝炎动物模型 ,用泛昔洛韦灌胃治疗 1月 ,检测用药前后血清中的DHBVDNA及血清转氨酶 (ALT、AST)、肝组织HE染色病理检查。结果 :泛昔洛韦各剂量组用药 2周、1月均能使血清中DHBVDNA滴度总体水平显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 )或极显著降低 (P <0 .0 1)。停药1周后小剂量组有DNA滴度回升现象 ,而中、大剂量组DNA滴度回升现象不明显 ;其抗病毒效果与剂量大小及用药时间有关。此外 ,肝脏病理检查及治疗 1月、停药 1周后血清转氨酶检查未发现该药对鸭肝组织有明显的毒性损害。结论 :泛昔洛韦在鸭体内有抗鸭乙型肝炎病毒的作用。
Objective: To observe the anti-duck hepatitis B virus (DHBV) effect of the nucleotide analogue famciclovir in vivo. Methods: Hepatitis B rat model of Chongqing duck was treated with famciclovir for one month. DHBVDNA, ALT and AST in serum were detected before and after treatment. The pathological changes of liver were observed by HE staining. Results: The dosage of famciclovir in each dose group for 2 weeks, January can make serum DHBVDNA titer overall level was significantly reduced (P <0. 05) or very significantly reduced (P <0. After 1 week of drug withdrawal, the titer of DNA in the low-dose group rebounded, while the titer of DNA in the medium and large dose groups did not increase significantly. The anti-virus effect was related to the dosage and the time of administration. In addition, liver pathology examination and treatment of January, 1 week after withdrawal of serum aminotransferase did not find the drug on duck liver tissue obvious toxicity damage. Conclusion: Famciclovir has anti-duck hepatitis B virus activity in ducklings.
