产品质量的形成,不仅是依靠设备、工艺、原材料等物质因素,更重要的是人的因素。低素质的员工制约着企业的发展,而低素质的企业又肯定出不了高品位的产品。大量事实表明,企业员工素质低下,已成为影响企业产品质量和经济效益的“拦路虎”。据统计,我国企业中每年由于员工的技术问题所造成的产品损失就逾100亿元之巨。所以要想打好产品质量翻身战役,就必须以人为本,实施“跨世纪人才工程”,造就兴业人才。
The formation of product quality depends not only on physical factors such as equipment, processes, and raw materials, but more importantly, human factors. Low-quality employees restrict the development of enterprises, while low-quality companies certainly cannot produce high-quality products. A large number of facts show that the low quality of employees has become a “stumbling block” that affects the quality of products and economic benefits of enterprises. According to statistics, the loss of products caused by employees’ technical problems every year in our company is more than 10 billion yuan. Therefore, if we want to make a good battle for product quality, we must put people first and implement the “Trans-century Talent Project” to create talent for the industrial sector.
