本文根据吸气试验的结果报导,用含5%钛的铈-钍合金作为主要成份的非溅散消气剂在室温下具有很好的活性。所叙述的消气剂组成如下:a)50%的上述铈-钍合金;b)40%的氢化钛或用氢饱和过的钛-锆合金;c)镍粉。这种消气剂是将上述三种成份的粉末混合物放在直径为5毫米的圆柱形镍容器内压制而成。该消气剂大约重100毫克。这种消气剂在管内的激活温度约为600℃。
Based on the results of the getter test, this paper reports that non-splashed getters containing 5% titanium-cerium-thorium alloy as the main component have good activity at room temperature. The described getter composition is as follows: a) 50% of the above cerium-thorium alloy; b) 40% of titanium hydride or titanium-zirconium alloy saturated with hydrogen; c) nickel powder. The getter is a powder mixture of the above three components placed in a cylindrical nickel container having a diameter of 5 mm. The getter weighs about 100 mg. The getter activation temperature in the tube is about 600 ° C.
