通过热化学计算和有关温度参数的实验测定,建立了采用 CaO 基熔剂的铁水预处理过程的热平衡方程式:△T=K{14.7△[P]+22.3△[Si]-14.2△[C]}+(1-K){41.4△[P]+47.4△[Si]+14.5△[C]}-4.4△[S]+At+B+C+k·Q该方程式得到了150kg 级工艺性实验结果的验证。并利用它对中磷铁水预处理过程的温度变化作了预测。
