目的观察 β 榄香烯诱导小鼠肝癌HcaF细胞早期凋亡的作用。方法Annexin V FITC标记后FCM分析细胞早期凋亡。结果 5 0 μg/mlβ 榄香烯作用 2h可诱导HcaF细胞早期凋亡 ,而大剂量 (10 0～ 2 0 0 μg/ml)则呈现明显细胞毒作用。 结论 β 榄香烯诱导小鼠肝癌细胞早期凋亡呈剂量依赖性 ;Annexin V标记法是判断细胞早期凋亡敏感而特异的指标
Objective To observe the early apoptosis of hepatocarcinoma HcaF cells induced by β-elemene. Methods Annexin V FITC-labeled FCM was used to analyze early apoptosis of cells. RESULTS: Early apoptosis of HcaF cells was induced by 50 μg/ml β-elemene for 2 h, while large doses (100-200 μg/ml) showed significant cytotoxicity. Conclusion β-elemene induced early apoptosis of mouse hepatoma cells in a dose-dependent manner; Annexin V marker method is a sensitive and specific indicator for early apoptosis of cells.
