一、前言武钢3~#高炉有效容积1513米~3。高炉内衬炉底、炉缸部位采用碳砖砌筑。因炼铁生产任务紧,从一九七七年至今十来年未进行大修。由于在炉役后期生产中发现炉底、炉缸部位水温差有所升高,估计是高炉强化冶炼后,炉底、炉缸侵蚀严重所致。为了维持高水平生产,采取了加入钒钛磁铁矿进行炉底、炉缸维护。通过近两年的生产实践,用钒钛磁铁矿护炉确实起到了一定的作用,高炉利用系数有所提高。为了推广这一技术措施,对三号高炉的炉渣、生铁进行了分析研究,以便总结3~#高炉延长炉底、炉缸寿命
