2017年元旦过后,记者去京郊密云区采访。密云区石城镇、冯家峪镇一带,当年是平北抗日根据地主力部队晋察冀八路军第十团和丰(宁)滦(平)密(云)联合县的主要活动区域。石城境内的降蓬山是十团首任团长白乙化牺牲地和纪念馆所在地,也是记者此行的目的地之一。在山下,区党史办的同志偶然说起“雷烨楼”就在附近,记者听后不禁心头一凛。记者因为要撰文反映冀东、平北我党和八路军坚持无人区斗争情况,
