Under the new era, the forms of international trade are increasingly complicated and the political pattern is constantly changing. Since China joined the WTO, the international market has fully opened its doors to Chinese products. China’s export trade has developed rapidly and the trade surplus between China and the United States has been growing. Recognizing that China’s future may threaten its position as a global hegemony, the United States started anew and set out to establish a more rigorous regional trade agreement than the WTO to limit the rise of China and its trade. Its realization needs the help of other groups. The TPP was originally a trade plan for several countries in Southeast Asia and was noticed by the United States. In fact, this is one of the countermeasures the United States has for China’s growing influence in the Asian region. Therefore, as a host nation in the Asia-Pacific region, China needs to make all preparations to meet this challenge.
