据《Gas Turbine World》2013年11-12月刊报道,三菱和日立公司在2013年正式宣布一项计划,组建新合资企业公司。组建该合资企业的有效日期是2014年2月1日。该合资公司的名称将是Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems,Ltd(三菱-日立电力系统有限公司)。Mitsubishi Power Systems Americas(三菱电力系统美国)将拥有目前为止尚未宣布的新名字。在美洲,新的营运家族将包括加拿大、墨西哥和波多黎各的子公司。
According to Gas Turbine World’s November-December 2013 issue, Mitsubishi and Hitachi officially announced plans in 2013 to establish a new joint venture company. The effective date of formation of the joint venture is February 1, 2014. The name of the joint venture will be Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems, Ltd. (Mitsubishi-Hitachi Power Systems Co., Ltd.). Mitsubishi Power Systems Americas (Mitsubishi Electric Systems America) will have a new name that has not been announced so far. In the Americas, the new operating family will include subsidiaries in Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico.
