建立合理的工资分配制度,是发展和谐劳动关系、建设和谐社会的重要基础,也是促进企业发展、普惠职工群众的重要前提。近年来,江苏省扬中市总工会坚持从实际出发,以建立健全企业集体协商共决机制为目标,着力推进集体协商制度,培育集体协商典型,打造集体协商特色,在促进企业发展,助推职工增收方面取得了一定实效。
