小学阶段培养目标既要回答我国小学教育培养人的总体规格,也要回答小学生所应具备的素质结构和关键素质。新中国小学阶段的培养目标具有“社会主义事业的建设者和接班人”的人才培养总体规格、“德智体美全面发展”的人才素质结构、关键素质的时代特征等特点。但也存在过分强调社会价值,关键素质操作性不强,表述笼统、缺乏可操作性等问题。因此,应重新建立小学阶段培养整体目标,使小学生成为具有良好个性和初步社会化的初级公民。
The primary goal of the training phase is to answer both the general specifications of primary education in our country and the quality structure and key qualities that pupils should have. The training objectives of the primary school in new China have the overall specifications of personnel training and builders and successors for the cause of socialism, the quality structure of qualified personnel with all-round development of morality, intellectual, physical and aesthetic qualities, and the characteristics of the era of key qualities. However, there are also problems such as overemphasis on social values, poor operability of key qualities, general expressions and lack of operability. Therefore, the overall goal should be re-established in primary school so as to make pupils become primary citizens with good personality and initial socialization.
