每每翻阅教育笔记,回想起这一年新任班主任工作所经历的种种教育情景,有一点感触颇深：班主任工作是个需要智慧的工作。如果不用智慧而一味苦干,即使累个半死,也未必能取得良好的教育效果。下面将实际工作中的几点心得送给像我一样年轻的班主任们。
Every time I read through educational notes, I can feel a little deeply reminiscent of the various education scenarios that I have experienced in the work of the new class teacher this year. Class teacher work is a job requiring intelligence. If you work hard without wisdom, you may not be able to achieve good educational results even if you are tired and die.
